Sunny terrace and space for both play and relaxation. Also suitable for winter stays. The space We rent out our lovely private cottage during periods when we are not using it ourselves. It is a simply furnished cottage of 65 sqm in quiet surroundings with a sunny natural plot and lots of lovely birds and deer that pass by in the garden. The house is bright and comfortable and is located at the end of a small side road. It is close to the beach and the good bathing water at Sejerøbugten (300 m) and Kattegat. The ice house is 1 km away - perfect for evening adventures and sunset. There is a fireplace, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Inside the house you will find a large open living room with a wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs (room for 6 people), comfortable briquettes/sofas as well as a kitchen and small wardrobe. There are 3 separate bedrooms with: 1 double bed, 1 Norwegian bunk bed, 1 sofa bed. Also, a loft in the living room. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. There are games, hammocks and bicycles available. Heat pump, wood-burning stove and electric radiators. Dogs allowed, but only by appointment. There is currently no TV or Wi-Fi installed. It is about 1 h 15 min drive from Copenhagen and can be reached by public transport. (The stop is called Overby Lyng, from there you have to walk 1 km) Good shopping and restaurants in Lumsås and the harbor town. Plenty of arts and crafts and good hikes in the area. Guest access the whole house is rented out altogether. Other things to note Bed linen and towels can be borrowed by appointment. Please note that the property is not fenced.
