On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Access to the mezzanine is via a Japanese-style staircase. Steeper than a traditional staircase, it requires special attention and may not be suitable for young children, people with disabilities or anyone with mobility difficulties. Upstairs, the mezzanine features a spacious attic bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a desk area. All air-conditioned. The entrance is independent and opens onto a private terrace equipped with garden furniture, an electric barbecue and a Mediterranean garden. From the living room, the large picture window offers stunning views of the scrubland and the Pic de Nore, the highest point of the Montagne Noire at 1,211 meters above sea level. Parking is a 1-min walk away, possibility to recharge your electric vehicle thanks to our charging station installed in our garage (extra charge). Biker friends, you are welcome, your motorcycles will be well kept. Other things to note We have invested a lot in our cottage to make it pleasant to our hosts. So please treat the space with the same care as if it were your own. We chose not to charge a cleaning fee, which is why we ask our guests to leave the accommodation as clean as when we arrived. Everything you need for maintenance is available for your use. We are just next door so immediately reachable and present if needed. We provide a welcome kit with the essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper, soap, towels, pillows and linens. Then guests are free to restock as needed. So all sheets and towels are provided in the rental. Dogs are welcome within reason, under conditions that they are well-behaved and sociable, as we also have a dog. And with a financial supplement to see directly with us. We ask that you ensure that you clean up any “sanitary” clutter. And staying on your private garden.
