It consists of a large living room with sofa bed (160/200), a kitchen equipped with dishes, a bathroom with large walk-in shower, upstairs, in the mezzanine a large bedroom with a 160/200 bed, with its office area. The entrance is independent, it opens onto a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and private garden. From the living room, thanks to its large bay window, you will enjoy stunning views of the garrigue and the Pic de Nore, the highest point of the Montagne Noire at 1211 m Guest access Independent entrance. Small private garden. Very quiet place surrounded by nature. Parking is a 1-min walk away, possibility to recharge your electric vehicle thanks to our charging station installed in our garage (extra charge). Biker friends, you are welcome, your motorcycles will be well kept. Other things to note We have invested a lot in this cottage to make it pleasant for our guests. So please treat the space with the same care as if it were your own. We chose not to charge a cleaning fee, which is why we ask our guests to leave the accommodation as clean as when we arrived. Everything you need for maintenance is available for your use. We are just next door so immediately reachable and present if needed. We provide a welcome kit with essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper, soap, towels, pillows and linens. Then, guests are free to replenish as needed. So all sheets and towels are provided in the rental. Dogs are welcome within reason, provided they are well-behaved and sociable, as we also have a dog. And with a financial supplement to be discussed directly with us.
