3 bedroom home in South Denver's Platt Park neighborhood. Downstairs office/bedroom has a pull-out queen-sized sofa sleeper. Close to restaurants, bars, parks, trails, transit and freeways. The space Our home was built in 1890 and has been fully renovated to an open, modern floorplan. All of the comforts of home are provided. This is our part-time home and we leave many kitchen and bar essentials for your use. If you would like alcohol removed, please specify at the time of booking. We leave our personal items in locked areas so that you have ample space and room for your own items. Denver is a dry spot so we provide bedroom humidifiers to be used with filtered water in both upstairs bedrooms. Guest access Smartlocks are on front and back doors. You will be provided codes within 48 hours of check-in. Other things to note The neighborhood is amazing! We love the breweries, sandwich shops, breakfast spots, restaurants, antique shops, and a slew of kitchy boutiques and oddity purveyors all along South Broadway, one block over. Please note that this is an urban corridor. We keep doors locked and valuables secured when we are not home. Pearl St. is a mere 4 blocks over via a lovely neighborhood walk. The Farmer's Market is one of the best we've seen. They are open 9AM-1PM from May 1 to mid-November. S. Pearl St. also hosts a family-friendly art experience on First Fridays from April through November from 5-8pm . Go out to experience beautiful, local art in an informal, inviting setting while enjoying live music, great restaurant options, and a friendly community. There are numerous bars, breweries, wine shops, and boutiques on S. Pearl St. Transit options are abundant. We have car access to I-25 blocks away. The 0 RTD bus runs north and south on Broadway to downtown and points south. The stop is one block away right in front of Snarf's Sandwich shop. Rail access is closest at the Louisiana/Pearl Station which is walkable or bikeable. The I-25/Broadway station is an easy bike ride or close drive. Uber/Lyft are easily available. Sprout's Grocery is 0.3 miles away, and a small Whole Whole Foods is 0.5 miles away. Safeway is a 7 minute drive up Broadway. Target/CVS, and Costco are within 10 minutes. Union Station is an approximate 11-15 minute drive from which you can access the airport train. Cats have lived in the house in the past, but it is thoroughly cleaned.
