Across the pool from the main building is a community building with a living room, kitchen, banquet table, and 80 inch TV Zocalo is less than 1 minute from the beach on foot and close enough to bars, restaurants, and everything else that you will never need a car. In all, there are 3 kitchens, 10 beds and 9.5 bathrooms. LIVE LIKE A ROCKSTAR - This space is the ultimate place to entertain. The first floor of the loft is spacious and open. The kitchen is perfect for hiring a chef. You won't find a better place to entertain your guests. THE KITCHEN has granite countertops, US appliances, a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, icemaker, large beverage fridge, 5 stage reverse osmosis filtered drinking water that is also connected to the ice maker. THE LIVING ROOM has two Natuzzi Italian Leather sofas, a 75 inch Samsung smart TV with a Bose Soundbar. THE LOCATION is the reason I selected Zocalo in the first place. It is 30 seconds from the beach on foot. You can walk to everything in town including clubs, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else. GETTING AROUND - There is no need for a car. If you do decide to drive you can park on the street or at Hotel Jaco. I have parked my cars and buggies on Calle Bribri for years. THE NEIGHBORHOOD - Calle Bribri is a quiet residential street. IMO it is the best street in Jaco. I know all the neighbors. They are friendly people. Wave and say hello. When you leave Zocalo and turn left you are on the main street in 30 seconds. Turn right and your feet will be in the ocean in under 90 seconds. THE INFRASTRUCTURE - The water is hot, the AC is ice cold, the WiFi is fast. I have two full-time maintenance people and everything is new. In the unlikely event, you have a problem, we will fix it fast. We have 24-hour reception at Hotel Jaco LAUNDRY - The Penthouse has a private washer and dryer in the unit. They are large, new LG appliances. Hire a chef. Have a party.
