Between the swimming pool and the balcony with a breathtaking view of the garden, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink undisturbed, you will enjoy more than just simple accommodation. You'll be staying in a space designed with your well-being in mind. And you say goodbye to uncomfortable accommodation. When I started building in 2022, I had only one wish: to offer you a unique experience. Here you will feel like a privileged guest. Here you will experience what awaits you. First of all, you will enjoy absolute comfort. A successful stay is above all a relaxing stay, isn't it? I have therefore selected a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm) for you. It's covered with a 20 cm thick mattress, as thick as a soft cloud that you can fall into without resistance. The air conditioning system (TLC brand, 1.5 hp) also protects you from the heat of the night. Secondly, you appreciate a cosy and functional space. I have furnished the living room to make it a cosy place where lively discussions and laughter set the rhythm of your evenings. It's always nice to talk about the highlights of the day with a refreshing drink in your hand, isn't it? Guest access - The interior of the building is completely reserved for travellers staying in this house. Only the outdoor areas such as the pool, the garden or the terrace can be shared with other travellers staying in the other two houses. - Moving in: On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by the housekeeper. She will introduce you to the premises. She will answer all your questions. She will also give you the keys. - Parking on the street is free of charge. For more security, a private garage is also available (maximum 2 vehicles). This is a chargeable option (€2.5/day). Other things to note - You are staying in a complex with three villas. In it, you can enjoy recent and quality equipment. The interior is impeccable since the construction is recent (2022). I therefore ask you to respect the premises by applying the internal rules described at the bottom of the page, in the "Good to know" field. - You will be staying in a complex comprising three villas. In this one, you'll enjoy all the latest high-quality facilities. The interior is spotless, as it was built recently (2022). I would therefore ask you to respect the premises by applying the house rules described at the bottom of the page, in the ‘To know’ field. -Abdoulaye looks after the garden and swimming pool and is available 2x a week: Tuesday and Friday. -Dielia does the housework 5x/week. She is exclusively responsible for cleaning, but can also cook for you or, depending on availability, another woman can be assigned to the kitchen, for a supplement of €10/day. Ingredients are of course not included. If you need any, please arrange this with us on arrival. -Electricity consumption is not included! (Woyofal recharging system) On arrival, the meter is read, during the stay, the traveller recharges if necessary (the staff will help) and before leaving, the traveller ‘reimburses’ or ‘recovers’ the difference in value of 200cfa/Kwh (30 cents/KwH). - On request, I can activate Canal Horizon for you. This service is offered at a rate of €10 for the entire stay.
