The spacious room is in a shared flat very well located in the 4th district. All sites like opera, museums, first district are very close. The subway is ca 5 min walk. The neighbourhood is very nice and calm with cute cafes and interesting galleries. The room is 20m2 and all the windows face the big court. The whole Appartement is very bright, sunny and there are 2 balconies accessible from the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the 2 flatmates.
