From this centrally located accommodation, in the middle of Karlsruhe - South, you can quickly reach all the important places. The main train station is 5 minutes away, the highways (A5 and A8) are within easy reach. There is a drugstore and discount store (Nahkauf) just around the corner. Rewe & Lidl are 800 m away. Your room is fully furnished, a large 1.40 m x 2 m bed with blankets & pillows, wardrobe, desk, office chair and various lighting are available. The space You will be staying with three other residents in an Airbnb shared apartment. Everyone has their own private room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The price includes a cleaning service every 14 days by our cleaning pearl for the shared areas of the bathroom, kitchen and hallway. In the week in between, the responsibility for cleaning rotates between the residents or you book our cleaning staff extra. A starter set of toilet paper is provided by us at the beginning. However, since we only have guests with long-term stays, the residents organize themselves independently for everything else. In the backyard/garden there is a sitting area and yes also a bicycle shelter. The backyard is completely enclosed so you can be sure your bike is safe. Guest access The room is on the 2nd floor (without an elevator) of a newly renovated old building apartment and impresses with its brightness and large rooms. Your roommates are mostly working or in the practical phase of their studies and are happy about open-minded and respectful residents. In the backyard/garden there is a sitting area and yes also a bicycle shelter. The backyard is completely enclosed so you can be sure your bike is safe. During your stay I am almost always available to you via email, WhatsApp or phone, but I live 30 minutes away. We have a WhatsApp task force group for each apartment with my 3 helpers and the current residents for easier communication😊 You will see a helper once a week, he comes to clean the shared rooms such as kitchen, bathroom and hallway for a satisfied apartment🙏🏽 Other things to note We have integrated automatic discounts after 2, 3, 4 and 6 months 📉...
