The space is open floor plan ideal for a couple including the living room, kitchen, dining and sleeping. The bathroom includes complete privacy with a door. A queen size air mattress and linens available on request. The entrance to the loft is up a flight of stairs off your private balcony. There are lots of windows to let in natural light and yet privacy at balcony level. Two large outdoor green trash cans with wheels located on the paved Deacon creek road in front of the property. Guest access The upper deck and parking in front of the lower deck is for your use only. The lower deck on the side of the house is shared with the guest in the lower unit. Other things to note There is a separate downstairs unit available for rent. If you are interested to rent both units please inquire and we can arrange a discount for renting the two units.
