Guests will stay in the private small 1 bedroom grann.y flat, which is located beside the main house, separated by an under covered area., The property is shared by the owners and family guests, other guests who camp down the camping area in the middle of our block, visitors and workshop customers occasionally, Access to the large pool, playground and large backyard. Plenty of animals to see like alpacas, miniature horses, a pig and more. Long and short stays welcome. can sleep up to 7 people, The space Our Guest house is situated on 25 acres in beautiful South Kolan, enjoy the country lifestyle. The guest house was built in the early 1980's, prior to the main house being built. We have used the living room as a bedroom also putting a double bed bunk in it with a double sofa bed,, its divided from the kitchen area by a room divider. the open outdoor spaces make up for the guest house size. Located just 25 minutes to Bundaberg or Gin Gin . 5 min to 2 local pubs, service stations and local shop. Plenty of beaches, rivers and entertainment in the local area. If you are looking for somewhere different and fun for all the family you've come to the right place. Come and be blessed, enjoy our little piece of paradise. bring your boat, kayaks, fishing rods, push bikes, surfboards etc. As the local surrounds hosts lots to do. Caravan parking available, plenty of parking out front. pets welcome as long as they are friendly and not chase or harm farm animals. Dogs must stay on a leash at all times no free roaming around. thanks. . We have just added a mini fridge selling a variety of cold drinks. water ice blocks for the kids, also a little home made stall selling local Hand made gifts, suncatchers, soaps, and a variety of other items. Guest access Guests have access to numerous outdoor spaces, pool, playground, BBQ area and kids' cubby house. free to walk around and visit all the farm animals, please no entering pens or paddocks, admire and pat over the fences, also farm rules apply if you open a gate, please close behind you as we don't want anyone escaping. thanks. Oh, please no patting Peppa Pig or putting little fingers into the cockatoo's cage, they may bite. Total fire ban on through Spring and Summer until further notice. 2025 Other things to note 1-Front gate to property is solar, press green button on post on your right to enter it closes automatically behind you. Same to exit. 2-pets welcome but they are to strictly stay outside. there is a verandah with gates either end. Or bring a pet cage. 3-All our animals are friendly, please enjoy them as you explore the farm. 4- If its shut when you enter, please close it behind you Dont want any animals getting out . thanks so much. 5-Also all dogs must stay strictly on a leash, no free roaming around, to many little animals here. either bring a cage of your own or a strong lead.Thanks so much. 6. Children are to be supervised in the play areas, especially in the pool. 7.Air Hockey table and table tennis is to be set up by adults please and supervised if children use them, thanks . 8.Outdoor tv is to be set up by adults thanks 9.
