PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with City of Fernie bylaws, the stove & oven are not useable, but there is a temporary cooktop, microwave, airfryer, & instapot. Backyard available upon request only. The city of Fernie does not allow a functioning stove or oven in an Airbnb rental, therefore, a hot plate, microwave & air fryer are available. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the spare room has a double bed. Both mattresses are brand new! Bike or ski gear storage in mudroom outside suite or in the grey shed in the back corner of the yard. Shared laundry available at request. Fully fenced yard. Guest access Access through the back gate, open the lockbox, enter in the backdoor and go downstairs to the suite. Other things to note Suite is dog friendly. If you are bringing your pet please add that in when you are booking, not messaging us to tell us without it being part of the original booking. Shared forced air furnace with upstairs thermostat, main fireplace downstairs can heat the main living areas and space heaters are available in the the 2 bedrooms as well. There is a shower but no bathtub. Bike & gear storage is available in the laundry room. PLEASE NOTE: in accordance with the City of Fernie bylaws, the use of the stove is NOT permitted. However we do have an electric cooktop, air fryer and microwave. The outdoor sectional and eating area is available upon request, but the rest of the yard is available for guests and pet use.
