Description
Quiet country setting one mile from Willcox. Well behaved pets welcome, doggy door fenced in area. Sit quietly on the back deck to see birds including quail come to feed. Bird seed is provided. Sit on the front deck in the evenings and enjoy the hoot of our resident Great Horned Owl. The Sandhill cranes fly over in the morning and early evening, this happens in the late fall thru the middle of March. Several wine tasting rooms are available in Willcox and the surrounding area. The space The rental is located on acreage in a safe neighborhood. There are two rentals within walking distance, yet not in sight of each other. This listing and Birdsong Hideaway. The properties are both fenced and dog friendly. They both have gates across the driveways that can be closed or left open. You can rent one and have your privacy, both if you have a larger group. We are located about a mile out of Willcox, wine tasting and Historical Railroad Park. Book early if you are coming for our fall or Spring wine festival. Not Quite a mile from Quail Park Rodeo grounds and baseball fields. We are a 15 min. drive to the Indy Motor Sports Ranch. Many of our visitors hike the Chiricahua National monument. You can also drive to the top and picnic if hiking isn't your thing. Guest access Home, decks and yard. There is room for several vehicles to park. Other things to note We have a personal RV on the property for the few times that we are in town. While there we will try to stay as quiet and inconspicuous as possible. We have a 35 lb. friendly labradoodle Snicker that we will keep on leash or in fenced yard. New addition, a cute little rescued Terrier mix Phoebe.
