Other things to note 🇵🇱A luxury apartment, a unique Warsaw architecture, is located on a secluded downtown street, Icchok Lejb Perec, a lawyer, writer and journalist who once lived here. At that time, the Jewish community dominated here, and on Shabbat at Perec's, you could meet Jewish writers, publishers, actors, sculptors and painters from all over the world. During World War II, the street was absorbed into the ghetto, which significantly affected it, as well as the subsequent Warsaw Uprising. Fortunately, two tenement houses have survived to this day, at number 10 and the corner, a modernist tenement house at number 16, where the apartment is located. Inside the staircase there is still a beautiful original mosaic. The apartment is on the second floor, the tenement house has been equipped with a new elevator. This historic building is an oasis of peace, despite being enveloped by modern architecture.
