A keurig and kettle for your complimentary coffee and tea, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. You will get to enjoy the entire home and have it completely to yourself but please be mindful of noise levels in the unit and hallways after 9pm. Guest access Building Access: - Fob to get into the building - Garage Remote for the parkade - Keypad lock to unit - unique pin will be sent upon booking Parking: - 1 heated underground stall - Free outdoor visitor parking - Parkade height is 7 feet. Additional guest access: - There will only be one fob and garage opener provided (garage opener acts as a fob as well). Other things to note *Host is a REALTOR® in the Edmonton region, guests who use hosts real estate services to buy or sell will receive 20% off their stay* House Rules: Noise: Please be mindful of the noise after 9:00PM on weekdays and 10:00PM on weekends both inside the unit and in the hallway. Complaints will result in a fine, at your expense. - No parties - Only registered guests allowed in property. - We use a noise monitoring device. It does not record actual sounds or conversations. It simply monitors the noise level. Damages: You are responsible for any damages that you and/or your guests cause inside our home and in any public area(s). Replacement: $50 will be charged to you for a lost fob/garage opener Check Out: You must be checked out by 11AM. Our professional cleaning service will arrive just after 11am. No smoking cigarettes inside. Absolutely no drugs. This will result in a $250 charge. Minor Cleaning: Please put all used dishes in the dishwasher. Please place all used towels in bathtub. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests may be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
