FAILURE to send us before the check in date will not be allowed to access premises and may expect delay during check in. If check in date falls during weekends/holidays or you arrive between 5pm - 10am personal assistance during check in by host is required. Travel expenses by host of 1000Php will be shouldered by guest. Same day booking maybe considered, just send us a message. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS, LINENS, TOWELS, ETC - The place will be prepared based on the number of guests on the reservation. - For guests staying for more than 14 nights, free extra linens and towels may be given upon request. Otherwise, extra linens and towels requests costs 450Php for laundry fees. VISITORS AND EXTRA GUEST POLICY -MAXIMUM guests 2BR- 5 Pax+ 1 Infant may be considered - Guests are allowed to accept maximum of 3 visitors ONLY and host should be informed of full name and ID copy is required. Should you have more than 3 visitors, you can stay with them in the lobby area or relax by the pool. (VISITORS are not allowed to use swimming pools for guests, pool fees will be charged) - Vistors can only stay inside the unit until 10pm, beyond 10pm extra guest fee will be charged 400/person per night. PARKING -Guests requiring parking should be requested ahead of time. Paid parking is upon availability and should be fully paid for reservation 300/night. Vehicle details should be sent upon reservation. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES WILL BE SENT UPON BOOKING CONFIRMATION
