Relax in this peaceful room in a centrally located home with a 95/100 walking score, less than a mile from U of A. Walk to many restaurants and shops and a block to bus lines. You'll have your own room, a shared bathroom, access to a cook's kitchen with storage for your groceries, and shared living/dining spaces. You'll also enjoy a fully enclosed, private backyard with a ramada and comfortable seating. The front yard offers a covered seating area with a bistro table. AZ TPT 21567936 The space The king bedroom has a cozy chair, a small dedicated workspace, and plenty of room to store your clothes and luggage in a roomy closet. There is a separate dead bolt lock on the door for your privacy. Guest access The host areas of the space are behind closed and sometimes locked doors on the east side of the house. Please do not enter those spaces unless invited. The kitchen, dining and living rooms, and the bathroom are shared with the host and one other guest. A note about mail: It is fine to have the occasional package delivered. (Please be sure to remove my shipping address in Amazon or other location once you've moved on.) If you are moving to Tucson (lucky you), please get a post office box to have your mail forwarded to while you look for your more permanent home. Forwarding mail to my address creates long-term issues with your mail and mine. Thank you. During your stay I live on the property part time. I'm available by phone, text, or email if I'm away.
