Blackout roman blinds, frosted privacy glass, stylish furniture and warm radiator make this the perfect place to rest your head in Newquay. Your studio is accessed via the secure back garden area, up a tiled courtyard pathway through a shared covered porch. Once inside, your bedroom is separated from the main house by a solid wooden door, a set of stairs and further Upvc door giving you the privacy you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Newly completed en-suite with shower is in the studio. Hot outdoor shower and board store is located outside your room and up in the alcove. Guest access You will have access to your private king ensuite studio bedroom, the shared courtyard with hot outdoor shower and surfboard storage area, and sitting area. Other things to note Parking can be found on side streets, or council parking areas around Newquay. My young kids will occasionally be in the shared courtyard, but not during school hours or rainy weather, and rarely after 7pm. Your windows are frosted, so no looking in or out, to ensure your comfort during your stay. From the back entrance of the house, if you walk through the back lane down towards Towan Beach, you are 300 yards to the tip of town.
