Bed linen and towels/shower towels can be booked and paid for once per person for €10 on site. • Energy costs, water, Wi-Fi, parking is included in the price. If something is missing in the apartment, please don't hesitate to contact me. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor of the house. The associated garden is spacious and is right behind the house. There it is wonderful to relax and enjoy the tranquility to the fullest. The garden is wonderful for yoga sequences or for meditating. You are also welcome to sit quietly with our chickens and watch them. In the garden there is also the outdoor kitchen, You are welcome to use the barbecue there. A fire bowl for a small campfire is also available. If you ever feel like a pizza from the wood-burning oven, just contact us. The house and extensive garden of this apartment are located on the edge of a small village on the Baltic Sea. By bicycle, the Bodden can be reached within 10 minutes (Zühlendorf small Boddenstrand) and rests in the expanse of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. Through the main entrance you will easily find your apartment. And through the back exit easily into the garden. Other things to note Between the World Heritage City of Stralsund and the Vineta City of Barth the village of Buschenhagen is located in the middle of the Vorpommerschen Bodden landscape. And there lies our gem, there we fulfilled a wish in April 2022, namely the move from the Palatinate to the Baltic Sea. There you will find a cozy apartment in the house, which we have furnished sustainably and with love. Here you will live among a small flock of chickens, 2 female dogs :-) Yumi our house and farm cat will certainly be happy to be pampered by you. Therefore, there are a few paw prints here and there, a meow, a bark and sometimes a chicken concert and rooster crows. The neighboring ponies, curious as they are, will also be happy to greet you at the fence. In addition, you will now find our 2 boys (2 Icelandic ponies) Flygur & Konstantin here behind the house. When you leave the apartment, you come directly to the covered terrace, where you can have a fine breakfast or end the evening. The natural garden (about 4000 sqm) invites you to unwind. You will find many opportunities to sit, read, do yoga, meditate between the fruit trees and fruit bushes and you can pick fruit and herbs depending on the season. By bike you are in about 10 minutes at the Bodden in Zühlendorf, there is a small swimming spot, just nice to linger. Once there, you are already on the bike trail, which takes you to Barth or in the other direction to Stralsund. Here there is peace, nature, coziness, birdsong. Outdoor kitchen: you are welcome to grill here. A fire bowl for a small campfire is also available. If you ever feel like a pizza from the wood-burning oven, just contact us. (Bookable depending on time) Workshop/studio: here you can also look over my shoulder if I am not on the way in the artist's garden in Zingst. Another highlight that I can offer you here with us to complete the absolute well-being is a holistic massage.
