Fenced property • Bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 (separable) folding mattress can be provided. • Living room with folding sofa 130 x200 Stove with ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer • Mosquito nets partly in bedroom windows • Parking in front of the house • Bathroom with shower Other things to take into account: Dish towels and shower mats are included. Bed linen and towels/shower towels can be booked and paid for once per person for €10 on site. • Energy costs, water, Wi-Fi, parking is included in the price. If something is missing in the apartment, please don't hesitate to contact me. Guest access The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of our house. The associated spacious natural garden is located directly behind the house and invites you to enjoy the tranquility to the fullest. Here you will find many lovely places to relax, read, meditate or practice yoga. You are also welcome to sit in peace with our chickens and observe the small farm life. In the garden, there is also the outdoor kitchen – you are welcome to use the barbecue there. A fire pit for cozy little campfires is also available to you. If you fancy a pizza from the wood-fired oven, just let us know – depending on the time, this is possible. The house and garden are located on the outskirts of a small village near the Baltic Sea, nestled in the vastness of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. You can reach the Bodden near Zühlendorf, with a small swimming area, in about 10 minutes by bike. You can easily reach your vacation apartment through the main entrance, and through the back exit you can go directly into the garden. Other things to note Between the World Heritage City of Stralsund and the Vineta City of Barth lies the small village of Buschenhagen – nestled in the beautiful Western Pomeranian Bodden landscape. Here, in the spring of 2022, we fulfilled a heart's desire and moved from the Palatinate to the Baltic Sea. In our house, a cozy, lovingly and sustainably furnished apartment awaits you – a place to arrive, take a deep breath and feel good. Our little farm life includes a cheerful flock of chickens, our two female dogs and farm cat Yumi, who is certainly happy to get a few petting sessions. So, here and there, you might come across a few paw prints, a friendly bark, a meow, or even a little chicken concert with a rooster's greeting in the morning. The curious neighbor ponies also like to peek over the fence. Our two Icelandic ponies, Flygur & Konstantin, also live behind our house. Directly from the apartment, you can exit onto the covered terrace – perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a quiet evening with birdsong and a wide-open sky. The large natural garden (approx. 4000 sqm) invites you to unwind. You will find small spaces everywhere to sit, read, meditate or do yoga among fruit trees and fruit bushes. Depending on the season, you are welcome to pick herbs, fruits or vegetables. By bike you can get to the Bodden near Zühlendorf with a small swimming area in about 10 minutes – a wonderful place to spend time. The bike trail towards Barth or Stralsund also runs there. A special highlight for your getaway: Within walking distance, as a TouchLife practitioner, I offer holistic massages and sound therapy – a wonderful way to relax body and soul even more deeply.
