Private guest suite in the greater Heights

12*11 guest suite privately located on the first floor of the townhouse , queen FIRM bed, dresser and workstation, with private full bathroom and closet. Kitchen is accessible on the 2nd floor. Located conveniently inside the city loop , walking distance to restaurants/bars/ coffee house/ gym/ shops & jogging / bike trail ; close to major highways, downtown, museum district, and Galleria shopping mall. Street parking. 2 indoor cats. • Only registered guests are allowed in the house* The space 2nd floor kitchen, dinning and living room, patio; laundry room is on the 3rd floor which is not shared but please feel free to do laundries just let me know when u about to come up -:) Guest access kitchen and living room, patio on 2nd floor During your stay I will mainly stay at the 3rd floor ; Give me a shout if I m home or you can always reach me via Airbnb App / text / phone -:) Other things to note Please open and shut front door quickly so the cats won’t wander off and mosquitoes won’t in -:) No shoes inside the rooms please. I normally keep the temperature at 73 but feel free to have me adjust at your comfortable level; please only registered guests are allowed in the house. ** please note your room tends to be cold during the winter months, the house heater can’t help much there but a portable heater is available in your room ** Please let me know if you need anything ~~~ thank you and hope you have a wonderful stay!
