Relax in this peaceful yet stylish 1 bd/1ba cottage. The cottage is privately situated next to the main home. You will notice the gorgeous wood floors, 20" tile, plantation shutters, and beautiful granite throughout the large living space. The luscious carpet in the bedroom is a dream to walk on. The cottage is newly furnished with its own private entrance. It is just 20-30 minutes away from UF, Shands Hospital, and the crystal clear, world famous Springs. **We welcome extended stays! The space The Cottage space is open, yet defined. The Cottage is roomy with comfortable, attractive furnishings and details. The bedroom has a delightful air with a king sized bed with quality linens, and duvet--as well as an array of pillow choices to choose from to encourage a good night's sleep. Enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch with a view of a beautiful Grand Oak in the front of the property. Also, the window in the kitchen as well as the french doors in the back of the Cottage offer views of yet another Grand Oak in the back of the property. All windows have lovely custom shutters that will block out light. The spacious bath hosts a jetted tub and a large utility closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen is a dream--easy to move around--and a separate island with seating. The dining area is well placed so it promotes easy conversation with those in the kitchen and living area--it has lovely dinette furniture and easy access to the back patio. **A printer/scanner is also available in the cottage for your use. Guest access The Cottage is a separate building with its own entry. You will be given your own code to enter the front door. A parking area at the end of the drive after you enter the property--it is located to the right of the barn. There is a sidewalk in front of the main house that leads to the Cottage front porch. Other things to note The private cottage is all yours! We welcome extended stays!
