Other things to note Access to laundry is in our garage and is available upon request, based on the host's availability. The unit is equipped with energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) that periodically exchange the indoor and outdoor air per California energy requirements, which makes quiet humming sound as a result. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, including the shared patio and backyard. We do not accept third-party bookings. The person booking should be staying in the studio. All people must be listed, including children and infants.
