We offer maximum comfort for your stay. Our condominium has 7 studios and is located in one of the best residential neighborhoods in the city. The space The space was designed to offer all the comforts our guests need. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, microwave, minibar, electric stove, coffee maker and sandwich maker. We offer towels and bed linens (fragrant and very clean). This space features a bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, sofa bed, air-conditioning and a 42-inch Smart TV. We have a home office space with 500 mb internet. The place is ideal for a maximum of 3 adults or a couple with two children, to make them very comfortable. In the late afternoon, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, as we are in a high place. The birdsong throughout the day is a separate attraction. For those who want the comfort of the city, in a house surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. The studio has recently been renovated to offer the best stay for our guests. Access is through a private entrance. We have a small flight of stairs to access the apartment (8 steps). If you have mobility difficulties, ask us about other options without stairs. Guest access Each studio has a private entrance, so there will be no contact with other guests, except in common areas such as the pool and garden.
