La Casa di Bibi is a studio apartment on the ground floor of a condominium in front of Sant'Orsola Hospital, adjacent to Nigrisoli Hospital, 450 m from Villa Torri Hospital, and is close to the city center. It can be accessed both from Viale G.B. Ercolani 7 and Via Torleone n° 23; the furniture is new, it is equipped with a double sofa bed 160x195, it is complete with a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop and a microwave oven. My place is good for couples and singles traveling for tourism, work, and study. The space To improve the comfort of the sofa bed, I added a 5-cm memory foam mattress. Air conditioning is available from June 1 to August 31; minimum temperature 77 °F (25 °C). The heating system is centralized; it is switched on and off on the date set by the Municipality of Bologna's ordinance. The ignition is automatic, for a maximum of 13 hours per day, 6.30-12.30 /15.30-22.30. The average internal temperature is 19°-21°, always as established by the municipal ordinance. There is no possibility of early ignition as the system is controlled by condominium timer. Guest access Check-in is in person and the time is to be agreed upon. Other things to note Dear guest, I do not live where I have the studio, so there is no reception and the possibility to store luggage.
