The space Our newly refurbished apartment has been tailored to provide everything we hope you could wish for! There is a large high ceiling double bedroom, which offers ample storage space, a private hallway, and a handy cloakroom/Wc. The main living area of our home is a modern, light and airy kitchen / dining / lounge space; with a defined, well serviced kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, and a fold out sofa bed should you need it. From the kitchen there is a Shower room/Wc, and lastly to the front (as you enter) you have the added bonus of your own private garden space, perfect for alfresco dining! Guest access To access the apartment there is a private door and key safe to the rear of the property (which faces onto Garden Crescent). It’s the large blue house, with the black door, you can’t miss it! Other things to note We provide: Free Wifi & TV use Free parking permits Access to a kayak / Paddle board / Tennis rackets on request The sofa bed naturally is a small double, a little snug for two adults, so we would suggest it is better suited for one adult or for two younger children. There are bookable tennis courts behind the house which can be found online, and a charming play park area for families/children only a few streets away. There are two local pubs near by ‘The Waterfront’ and the ‘West Hoe Pub’, a fantastic Fish & Chips at ‘West Hoe Fryers’, and other well renowned restaurants just a short walk including ‘Salumi’ and ‘Fletchers’ with many more located just along the sea front and on the Barbican.
