We ask that you READ the House Rules/Additional Rules, where you will learn more about the conditions for a better experience during your stay. 🔺We don't have parking 🔺 We have no luggage storage service 🔺We don't have laundry The space 🔸ONSITE RECEPTION 🔸CHECK-IN TIME / Strict We welcome our guests from 2pm to 8pm Monday through Sunday. 🔸It is very important the prior communication by platform to arrange the reception time and the handover of the keys 🔸 🔹 We request official ID of all adults in the reservation before check IN, up to 24 hrs before check-in 🔹 Smoke free space. SMOKING is not ALLOWED 🚭 in any area of the apartment We are located in a very busy central area. Occasionally they perform public and private arrangements and works that are outside of our control. Guest access The apartment is exclusively for our guests, and it is the only space in the building that guests have access to. Features: The Versailles104 apartment is on the second floor of a multi-department building. One per level. Our place counts, in turn, with two apartments. First floor: TV room with a sofa bed, dining room, equipped kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. Second floor: two bedrooms (the first one with a King Size bed and the second with two twin beds) and a full bathroom. 🔸 Accommodation with stairs for entry and inside there is🔸 no elevator Other things to note The Juarez colony is a crowded central area of beautiful 19th-century French style architecture, many facades, buildings and parks are protected by the Institute of Fine Arts given its artistic and historical value, and therefore attracts film and television producers. Sometimes there are filming on our street and other surrounding streets. 🔺We do not have parking In case of coming by car there is the option of using payment in the street with 'parking meters' system, or use of some public parking lots near our location.
