The attic is an intimate and cozy place to spend your holidays in Valle Vigezzo. The house, fully equipped, is equipped with all amenities and is in an optimal position to enjoy all that the valley has to offer. The center of Santa Maria Maggiore is 1.5 km away, supermarket, bar and pharmacy within walking distance, and the proximity of the Piana Vigezzo cable car (1.2 km) and the Pineta (bordering the park) will delight skiers and hikers. The space You will find yourself in a large and bright open space of 58 square meters with three open and communicating areas, but well defined: a spacious kitchen with a dining table for four people, a living room with a sofa, armchairs and television, and the sleeping area with a double bed and a chest of drawers. Guest access The attic is on the second and top floor of a small condominium WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The park is private and fenced, but shared with those who live in the other apartments.
