We are available by call or text and will have a handy man available as needed for emergencies. We are on a dead end gravel road and are the next to last house. Zero traffic through this area as all other home owners are permanent owners. ~7 houses total in the area. Pontoon boat available to rent if owner requirements are met for safety.
