Bring your family and friends to this adorable midcentury inspired guest suite w/lots of room. Your space has 2 spacious bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) & 2 twin beds located in second living room. Two living rooms: one for watching TV & one for being cozy by the fireplace. The full kitchen has all needed amenities and there is lovely dining space for eating meals together. One full bathroom w/shower and laundry room included in the unit. Child items available. Beautiful backyard space with fire pit. Here is a description of the layout of the space so you have a good idea of what is included in your stay: ::Living Room One:: Two couches, TV entertainment, Kid's Closet full of toys ::Living Room Two:: Recliner chairs, Electric Fireplace, 2 Twin Beds, Kid's table & chairs for playing & craft time ::Dining Room:: Round Table with 4 chairs which can be expanded for more sitting if needed and a highchair is always available in closet ::Kitchen:: Refrigerator, Bottom Freezer, Electric Stove, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker (We have both a Drip and Keurig Machines), Dining Area and all the necessary amenities ::Room One:: King Bed, Walk-in Closet, Dresser, Vanity, AC/Heater & Smart TV ::Room Two:: Queen Bed, Closet, Dresser, Desk for remote working, AC/Heater ::Laundry Room:: Washer and Dryer with supplies provided, Iron and Iron Board ::Backyard/Patio:: Table and chairs, Fire pit, Swing during summer, Huge backyard Guest access Guests have access to the whole guest suite & backyard patio all to themselves. Guests will walk through the main house breezeway (shared with owners) to get to their guest home. Guests entrance is on the lower level of the backside of the property. Share the huge backyard with owner where the fire pit is located. Driveway is shared with owner Other things to note - To get to your guest suite, you enter through a breezeway patio toward the back of the property. - One parking spot available on driveway for any type of vehicle. If needed, two cars could be parked. Your parking spot is located on left side of the driveway toward the back end of driveway closer to the street and not towards the garage. See photos. - There is free street parking from May 1 - November 15. From November 15 - May 1 there is no street parking from 2:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. due to winter parking ordinances. - When staying overnight, it is best to park in the driveway during winter parking restrictions. - Please make sure to leave the baseboard heating devices clear of any items due to safety concerns. - Please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-7am. - Please take great care of the paintings in the home. They are personally made by special family members - Please take great care of the vintage items & furniture in the home.
