Welcoming Villa with AC, Pool and Hot Tub Stay in this welcoming villa in La Ventana, BCS, Mexico, your home away from home. Our place comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. We also have AC, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and free designated parking. We're within walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and beaches. The space Our villa has 2 bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds. The master has an en suite bathroom bedroom with double sinks. Each bedroom has a TV which can be used for streaming music or movies (bring your own player/laptop and HDMI cable). The living room has a comfortable pull-out couch (sleeps 2). You will have your own dedicated high-speed WIFI and a lift top coffee table ideal for working on your laptop. Each bedroom and living room have its own AC and ceiling fan to control the temperature in each living space. The back patio can be used to store mountain bikes and kite surfing gear. The front patio has a high-top table that can seat 4, along with a sink and countertop area perfect for an outdoor dining while enjoying the beautiful sunrises or sunsets over the ocean. Guest access Access the resort through an electronic combination locked gate. Once through the gate, the villa has a combination lockbox for self-check-in. Other things to note Our fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer with a cold drinking water dispenser and an ice maker which is perfect for margaritas. We are steps away from a saltwater pool, a common area with fire pits, BBQs and tables for larger gatherings. The securely gated condominium resort also has a gym (may be closed during COVID restrictions), a spa (services must be scheduled), a rooftop common area with a fire pit, another outdoor kitchen and amazing views of Cerralvo Island and the Sea of Cortez. An outdoor shower is available to wash away the sand from the beach. There is a kiddie pool and a play structure perfect for entertaining the little ones. Things to do nearby include hiking, mountain biking, wind/water sports and fishing. We are 40 min away from La Paz which has an amazing Malecon, shopping, great restaurants, whale watching, snorkeling, adventure or nature tours and swimming with dolphins.
