Everything is centrally located near our townhome. 1 0 minutes to Keeneland, 5 minutes to UK, downtown, Rupp Arena and 15 minutes to the Kentucky Horse Park. We are less than 30 minutes from the great bourbon distilleries. Many restaurants, groceries and services are within 1 mile of the townhome. Other things to note You must contact me if you have a pet prior to booking. Pets may be permitted but on a case by case basis. I require more information before accepting a pet as there is no fenced yard.
