Use the pool and jacuzzi at your own responsibility and risk. Use of jacuzzi/hot tub must be requested with your booking and sent to the hosts in private messing via Airbnb. 72h prior to your arrival please confirm hot tub and pool use. Additional heating fee and Maintanace fee for pool and jacuzzi will be requested as well based on number of guests and use. Hosts will preheat for the days you requested only. Please do not overuse the heat energy( electrical heaters ) to avoid penalties and more energy charges. The jacuzzi needs only a few hours and needs to stay covered during the time that it’s not used. During guests' stay, regular yard work, pool, and jacuzzi maintenance/ service will continue without exceptions. Regular property/pool/jacuzzi checkups will be performed during the stay, if there is a need/call for it, at the owner’s discretion, with advance notice to the visitors/guests.
