This is a lovely 2 bedroomed, air-conditioned Condo, a hop away from "The Golden Mile Beach". The view from the bedrooms and the sitting area is breathtaking when the sun sets over the horizon. You will be very close to Beach Restaurants, Super Markets and the Bus & railway stations. After a walk on the beach, and a drink and a bite to eat in one of the many beachside restaurants, you could go for a dip in the pool and end the day happy. You won't be disappointed! The property is a part of an apartment building and there are 20 plus other apartments in this building. Though electricity to the entire building is backup up by a generator, guests may expect a max of a Two hour scheduled power cut during day time. Unscheduled power outages and scheduled power cuts in the night time, would be backed up by generators. The Entirety of Apartment 7/1 and all public areas of the building including the roof top and the pool. There is parking on the ground floor of the building and one may use Taxis and tuk-tuks of which there are plenty. You may use the international's uber app to summon a taxi or alternately, a national app called PickMe, which may be downloaded off the app store. Please note that The guests would be entitled to Four KiloWattHours of Electricity Per Night and anything in excess would be charged at the prevalent rates at cost.
