WE DO NOT HAVE A DIRECT OCEAN VIEW. We currently have everything you need for your comfort. If you have any questions, we are at your service to answer your questions. The space Apartment in a nice, new and modern condo just a few steps from the sea, 2 to 3 minutes walking, businesses, minimarket. Easy access. Spacious and fun waterfront. Ideal for spending time with family or as a couple. Intimate, safe, cozy place. We're waiting for you. Guest access Apartment fully available to the guest with terrace and beautiful view of the city and mountains, swimming pool, barbecues (must be previously requested, deposit amount is requested) and parking at no additional charge. The access is independent, we have a digital lock, so you can enjoy autonomy when entering and leaving our accommodation. Other things to note We must emphasize that our view is mainly of the city and the mountains. Our ocean view is not direct and is obstructed by new buildings. However, our access to La Serena Beach is completely expeditious and uninterrupted, just a 2 to 3 minute walk away. We look forward to seeing you!
