Cookware must be left clean for use by other guests. The fireplace must be TURNED OFF WITH WATER NO LATER THAN 11 P.M. MUSIC DEVICES OR MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The atmosphere is family-oriented, so alcohol consumption should be moderate. Respect and courtesy must be shown to the other guests. Pets are welcome IF THEY ARE SOCIAL, THEY GET UP AND DISPOSE OF THEIR WASTE PROPERLY (toilet bowl) and control noise (barking). Garbage must be deposited in the appropriate containers (organic and inorganic). Guest access Kitchen, bathrooms, showers, dining rooms and outdoor areas are shared.
