Guest access Guest will receive check-in instructions along with keyless access code 12hrs prior to check-in. For EV charging station code please request upon arrival. Other things to note A few notes about our rules, designed for your safety, respect for the neighborhood, and to preserve the value and condition of the home: -Shoes are not allowed. Please remove your shoes in the entry room before you go upstairs. -All guest profiles must be included on the reservation. -Notify the host immediately of any damage. -We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking, illegal substances, pets, and parties are not permitted and will be subject to automatic EVICTION without refund. -SMOKING IS NOT PREMITTED IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY. THIS INCLUDES FRONT YARD, BACK YARD, AND BOTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE. ANY SIGN OF SMOKING WILL BE SUBJUCT TO $500 FINE AND AUTOMATIC EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND. -We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to, and only registered guests are allowed. -If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying. -Long stays (over 28 nights) require mid-stay cleanings ever 3-4 weeks. -We reserve the right to inspect and service the home during your visit, including, but not limited to required weekly gardener service and other services arranged by homeowner. -The master room jacuzzi is currently needing service please DO NOT USE. There is a tenant in a separate unit on the bottom of the home. They have a separate entrance. The only shared room is the laundry room. There are external security cameras for security reasons.
