The space Property features include: • Kitchen is equipped with electric appliances (fridge/freeze, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine). • Massive lounge area with couch, 42” TV, dining table, chairs. • Large balcony. • Bedroom with double bed. • Additional one single folding bed with a firm innerspring mattress can be provided upon request for the third guest. The bed can be installed in the living area. Please contact me before booking if you need an extra bed, as we need time to prepare it. • Good-sized bathroom. • Air con unit in the living area and ceiling fans in all rooms • Car parking spot is not included !!!! BBQ should be booked on the reception and cleaned after use. - Guests have 24 hours access to Communal entertaining area with a big TV, table tennis, vending machines, tables and seats. Other things to note - Please note, the building is in the city center area, so some traffic noise (traffic, trains, neighborhood area) is presented. - Free Wi-Fi internet is provided. Please note that the fiber internet is shared between a few apartments. The speed is sufficient for emails, messages, browsing, etc., but during peak hours, it may not be fast enough for downloading large files, streaming videos, or gaming. - Parking spot is not provided. There is paid on-street parking in South Brisbane. On-street parking is free on weekends and night-time (about 7pm-7am, look at the signs on the side of the streets). On-street parking are often full. - Please contact me If you need a CAR PARKING SPOT during your stay. Often (but not always) I can organize a secure parking spot for extra $15/night.
