NonToxic 1BR Condo w/ Pool in Central North Austin

1 bedroom condo perfect for one person or a couple. Easy bus transit to downtown and in a killer location with restaurants in walking distance. Dedicated workspace, bar eating area, well supplied non-toxic kitchen, and a large living room with a 55” tv, mold free. It's in a small community of condos built in 1968 with sweet neighbors and a central pool. I live here most of the time, so you’ll be in a colorful home living like a local in Brentwood. The space Most everything has been converted to non toxic living, even down to the wall paint. If there’s anything in particular you’re curious feel free to reach out! I love cooking and this kitchen is well stocked. Feel free to use spices and oils and make use of it while you’re here. The sink is equipped with a reverse osmosis and remineralization filter system. You’ll take over my walk-in closet, my clothes will be stored away and you’ll have room to spread out. Washer and dryer are connected to the closet. Central heat & AC controlled by best thermostat and a fan above the bed. I can control the thermostat (google nest) with my phone so if it's consistently hot or cold for you, I can readjust the schedule. You can control it directly on the wall as well. The office is in the bedroom in a nook across from the bed. Living Room is large and airy with a skylight. The couch can also double as a bed if you need a separate sleeping space. Just take off the pillows and it fits twin bed size sheets. You'll have the private, covered patio which is great for daytime or evening chill time. Bathroom is small and has a shower with a tub and plenty of storage in the cabinets or on shelves above the toilet. Guest access You’ll take over my whole condo. You’ll also have access to the pool and parking lot in front always has spaces. There are no assigned parking spots. Feel free to use the simplisafe security system. Other things to note I do not have a Microwave. I do have a crock pot, a magic bullet blender, an electric kettle, a stove top whistling kettle, drip coffee maker & French press. There is a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and I provide laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap.
