Designed with a flair for modern comforts, we worked diligently to keep the feel of the original rustic farmhouse through various details such as exposed beams, and incorporating bits and pieces of original structure to build the exterior upper deck, and the upstairs hallway table. The two king master bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with large french doors for viewing the rolling hills and midnight moon, and grand ensuites added on for convenient living. The three upstairs bedrooms will provide a cozy, comfortable escape in the evening hours, with the queen master boasting a spacious and room spa like bath setting for relaxing. This home is perfect for the group of friends, or large families, looking to spend some quality time together, yet still having space large enough to retreat when you desire quiet time. The expansive upper and lower decks provide comfortable seating for gathering at the end of the day, or grilling up a meal outdoors on the large patio and Weber Grill. Take a hike behind the home, just beyond the tree line, to find a sitting area by the brook, perfect for a campfire. Other things to note This home is currently occupied by the owner, and is available to rent with the understanding some personal items will remain during rental, such as hanging clothing in master closet, and desks, computers, and filing cabinets in the basement. If those terms are acceptable and respected, our home is available for use.
