Cozy Coastal Crib near Downtown and the Beach!

Welcome to Charleston,SC! Enjoy a quiet neighborhood with access to a community swimming pool (NOW OPEN MAY 1st through OCT 1st) and fast wi-fi throughout the home. While staying at our cozy townhome, you will be in a central location with access to the entire Charleston area. The distance in miles to each area is: Downtown Charleston(16.6)Sulivan's Island Beach(13.4) IOP Beach(14.7)Mt.Pleasant(11.2) Daniel Island(4.4) Folly Beach(14.7)Airport(10.7) North Charleston(8.6) The space My townhome is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath, townhome with a small front porch and a screened-in back porch with a ceiling fan, and new privacy blinds. Inside is a full kitchen, living room with an adjoining dining room, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. There's a guest bathroom on the first floor, an upstairs hall bathroom shared by the two smaller bedrooms, and a master bedroom with a private bath and walk-in closet. You can't go wrong with this unit's access to fast fiber internet! The whole house gets Wi-Fi access. You can get 250mbps download speed in the downstairs living room and as high as 638mbps in the upstairs master bedroom. That's enough to video conference and have many other streams and various devices connected at the same time. There's no data cap and the connection is ultra-reliable. (Please leave the router plugged into the top outlet behind the green wood nightstand to left of the bed in master bedroom. If you plug it into the lower outlet, this will cause flipping the switch near the door to cut the internet connection on and off.) There is an infra-red bbq grill on the porch and a small unfenced backyard that is essentially one of many common areas for the neighborhood that rarely sees visitors. Outside, you'll have a brand-new HVAC unit that cools and heats the home. Inside the home, you have a master bedroom with a brand-new bed frame and a 42-inch HD tv. The master bedroom has an acrylic surround tub and shower and a single sink. There are two more bathrooms: the half bath downstairs near the washroom and closet and a full bathroom upstairs in the hall at the stairs. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with a closet. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds(two single smaller beds) and a closet. All rooms have darkening drapes and new two-inch blinds. Downstairs is the full kitchen with a large refrigerator, a stove, and a dishwasher. There's a coffee maker and pots and pans, utensils, and about everything a basic kitchen would need. The dining area has a wooden table with 4 chairs. The living room has a large comfy couch and 4 more comfy chairs. There is a 43 inch smart tv basic cable broadcast tv access and free channels through smart tv apps. The 42 inch TV in the master has the same access to basic cable and free apps. Guest access You'll have access to the entire townhome, front porch, screened-in back porch, and also the neighborhood swimming pool which is available seasonally beginning on APRIL 1st and going through OCTOBER 31st. Other things to note Parties, events, smoking, and loud noise are strictly prohibited. No smoking on the front porch or back screened-in porch. Parking: Beresford Commons has recently added a towing service that will tow any cars that are not properly parked. No parking on the sides of the roads or in yards. No trailers or RVs of any kind are allowed in parking spaces. Only personal automobiles are allowed and guests must park only in the two spaces, directly in front of the unit, labeled 461. Quiet Time begins at 10:00 pm. Do not make loud noises after this time. The townhome shares a wall with the neighbors and they will be disturbed and they will complain. Check-in and Check-out times are firm, however, there will be times when I can offer an early check-in. I will always inform the guest as soon as I know if this is possible. If you happen to be booking for someone else, please give me their contact number so I can be in contact with them directly. Booking by local guests is not permitted because the is a high chance of parties and disturbances.
