Aquavista A is a 3 BHK Pure Veg & Jain Villa. It's very close to the famous Jayanand Dham Jain Temple & 12 mins from Kumar Resort or 4.7 KM from the Railway station. This villa is specially curated for guests who follow a strict, pure vegetarian lifestyle, including communities like Jains, Marwaris, Gujaratis, and others who maintain a 100% vegetarian diet. Guests from any background are welcome, as long as they adhere to a pure vegetarian practice during their stay. The space Layout of Villa A *The Villa comes with a Living plus dining area on the ground floor with a sprawling verandah overlooking the pool. *1 room on the ground floor has a separate bath just outside of the room. *2 rooms on first floor have ensuite bathroom with balconies *Swimming pool area has a patio seating for when you wanna soak the sun in. Guest access Apart from the Villa the guest has access to the parking space, pool area. Other things to note *Do check with us for the food menu *Our complex has 2 other units. *Aquavista (B) and (C) both have their separate entries, swimming pools and car parks. *Villas (A) and (C) do not have a kitchen. *Villa (B) has a central kitchen, and all the cooking is done there and served to Villa (A) and Villa (C). *Kitchen access is strictly not allowed. Exceptions are made for infants and guests with special dietary requirements who that too prior notice. *Ordering outside food is not allowed. *Bachelor's / Stag groups are not allowed. *Smoking cigarettes & Sheesha inside the Villa premisesis not allowed *Sheesha arrangements can be made outside (patio space) *Loud music post 10 pm is strictly not allowed. Please take the music systems inside the villa. *For Bigger group guests can book all 3 Villas (A,B,C) combined (9 Rooms) hosting up to 40 guests.
