La Grange d'Elise in the quiet of the Angevine countryside

This pretty house, recently renovated to the highest standards and with quality materials, offers all the comforts necessary for a stay in the region. The decor is neat and soothing and the terrace is conducive to relaxation. La Grange is ideally located between Angers, Saumur, Cholet for business stays. It is also an ideal place for visiting the vineyards and castles of the Loire. The space The large living room with bohemian chic decor and the open kitchen make up the central space of the barn. Upstairs, the two bedrooms with 160 X 200 bed each have their own en-suite bathroom with toilet. The barn is bathed in light throughout the day with its large glass workshop door that opens onto the terrace. In the summer, enjoy the terrace and garden. For cooler seasons, the pellet stove will bring warmth to your sweet evenings. The laundry room on the ground floor, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron is a major asset for your comfort. Don't forget Ostine, our Golden Retriever who will undoubtedly come to claim some caresses. She lives freely in the garden and loves to meet our visitors. She's very very (too) affectionate🤗. Guest access You will have access to every room in the barn. Outside, the terrace is at your disposal as well as the surrounding garden. You will be able to park your vehicle on the path at the entrance. If you have bicycles, you can park them in the garden safely. Other things to note As our personal home is 10 meters from the Grange, it allows us to be as responsive as possible to your needs. Our place isn't suitable for smaller children. The presence of our Golden Retriever can impress them. So it's best if your kids are at least 7 years old and not afraid of dogs.
