The space As you enter the foyer, you are greeted with an ocean view down the main hallway. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gorgeous views of the ocean. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar and the dining area has seating for eight, with more views of the Pacific Ocean and Haystack Rock. From this area you can access the oceanfront porch, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while listening to the waves crashing just in front of you! Just beyond the dining area you will find the main family living area with plenty of seating, the same gorgeous ocean views, a flat screen tv and a fireplace to warm up on those chilly Oregon evenings. The primary bedroom is closer to the back of the home allowing for more privacy away from the hub of the home. This bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, a flat screen tv and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The laundry room and a powder room are also conveniently located on this floor. As you go up the stairs to the second level you will encounter a large, second living area with a wall of windows to take in those beautiful ocean views! This loft-type space has a flat screen tv, plenty of cozy seating and a table for an afternoon of puzzles or games. This is the perfect area for the children to have their own little getaway. The two guest bedrooms on the second floor both have access to a balcony that overlooks the charming, quaint neighborhood. The first of the two bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and a nook bunk bed, the second guest bedroom has a king-sized bed.
