Our Gateway Getaway is a hidden gem, private suite conveniently located minutes from downtown Chattanooga, shopping, dining, outdoor activities and historical sites. The property owners are an elderly couple that live on the main floor of the property. The income from this suite goes toward the lifestyle services they need to stay in their house of 61 years. The rental space is managed by the couple's son and daughter-in-law. The space The living/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom space has been newly updated. This is a large studio apt/suite with combined living/sleeping area with queen bed, sofa, tables, large-screen TV and dine-in kitchen/computer workspace. The kitchen is stocked with standard appliances, full-size fridge, duel cooktop, Keurig, toaster oven and microwave. You will have complete privacy with a separate parking and entrance with self check-in. You and your furry fiends will love the large gated fenced yard complete with firepit and deck space. **Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.** Guest access Private entrance to the apartment is around the back of the house inside the privacy fence. **Guests must be able to negotiate an incline and stairs to the back deck and entrance.** Take the driveway up the right side of the property to the guest parking and enter through the gated entrance. (Please note: The door next to the parking space is to a private residence.) There is a self check-in keypad lock on the door. The access code and instructions will be sent prior to check-in. There is additional parking on the lower level on the front of the house.need Other things to note The driveway around the right side of the house is for the guest suite. Occasionally, the elderly couple need access when they need to be transported to appointments (loading and uploading). We will let you know before hand when they will need access. Plenty of other on-site parking is available. Limit of 2 pets unless otherwise agreement is reached.
