Well appointed townhouse, near the Cathedral, backing onto the River Honddu and ancient woodland. Within five minutes walk of the local amenities. Brecon has lots to offer- independent shops, pubs and restaurants, historic cinema, Theatre & Canal. The property provides an ideal base for walking in the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains and is centrally placed for exploring all the surrounding area. Two private parking spaces to the rear of the property. The space A spacious and comfortable accommodation set over three floors. The property is recently refurbished and enjoys a wonderful location, backing onto woodland and the Honddu River. It is a perfect base for exploring the area with river and canal walking and cycling on your doorstep, as well as the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains all a very short drive away. The property has high speed wifi throughout. Kitchen: A brand new fitted kitchen with double doors to the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs . Tea, coffee and milk as well as a variety of condiments are provided for your use. Laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning products are also provided. Living room/Dining area: A cosy living room with a 40 inch smart TV, including Netflix, BBC iplayer and ITVX. Mini Nest. Dining area with large table and chairs. Master bedroom: This master bedroom contains a king sized bed with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a 32 inch smart TV. Top floor bedroom: A large bedroom with a king sized bed, excellent natural light with ensuite shower room. The bedroom also has a dressing table and mirror which can also be used as an optional workspace. As well as a built in wardrobe with hangers. Third bedroom: This bedroom has a double bed with a built in wardrobe. Bathrooms: A notable feature of this property is that there are bathrooms on all three floors for your convenience. Top floor has an ensuite shower room, the main bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead shower and there is a downstairs cloakroom. Garden: The back garden has a lovely view of the woodland behind and the trickling sound of the Honddu River. A short walk away is a circular woodland walk passing by the Cathedral. The garden is a split level gravel and paved area. The patio area provides seating and an outdoor dining space. Parking: Two private car parking spaces are provided. Guest access Two free car parking spaces are provided to the rear of the property with direct one-step access to the back garden. We have both front and rear guest access. The key lock box is located at the rear entrance. Other things to note Sorry no pets. Please note that smoking, vaping or lighting of candles is not permitted in the property for fire safety reasons. We are not equipped for charging electric vehicles and we prohibit charging from the house mains. There is an electric car charging point in the supermarket car park a 10 minute walk away. As this property is in a residential area we politely ask that you are mindful of our neighbours. This area has so much for you to explore. Walking, climbing, mountain biking, fishing and much more. For those a little less active there are art galleries, live music venues, independent shops & the local theatre. We are only a 12 minute drive away from Pen Y Fan. Surrounding towns such as Hay on Wye and the market town of Abergavenny are within easy access by car and public transport.
