It is a perfect base for exploring the area with river and canal walking and cycling on your doorstep, as well as the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains all a very short drive away. Tea, coffee and milk as well as a variety of condiments are provided for your use. Laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning products are also provided. Master bedroom: This master bedroom contains a king sized bed with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a 32 inch smart TV. Third bedroom: This bedroom has a double bed with a built in wardrobe. Bathrooms: A notable feature of this property is that there are bathrooms on all three floors for your convenience. Top floor has an ensuite shower room, the main bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead shower and there is a downstairs cloakroom. The key lock box is located at the rear entrance. Other things to note Sorry no pets. Please note that smoking, vaping or lighting of candles is not permitted in the property for fire safety reasons. We are not equipped for charging electric vehicles and we prohibit charging from the house mains. There is an electric car charging point in the supermarket car park a 10 minute walk away. As this property is in a residential area we politely ask that you are mindful of our neighbours. This area has so much for you to explore. Walking, climbing, mountain biking, fishing and much more. For those a little less active there are art galleries, live music venues, independent shops & the local theatre. We are only a 12 minute drive away from Pen Y Fan. Surrounding towns such as Hay on Wye and the market town of Abergavenny are within easy access by car and public transport.
