Surround yourself with style in this standout space. 70 m2 house completely renovated in 2022. This home is located on the island of Noimoutier in the municipality of Barbâtre. The sea is 700 meters from the rental location and less than two kilometers from the city center. The space The 70 m2 house consists of a ground floor with a living room, a small living room with a 90/200 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. The floor consists of two bedrooms (one with a 140/190 cm bed and the other bedroom with 2 80/200 cm beds) with a shower room and a toilet. A small 100 m2 garden. The basic amenities are of course provided, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, 60x60 cm pillows and 240x220 cm duvets for the double bed or 140x200 cm for single beds. For your convenience, the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer 😀 Please come with your pillowcases, duvet cover and sheets as well as your towels otherwise you can easily rent them: - €20 the set of double sheets or €15 the set of single sheets for the duration of the stay. - €10 per towel kit per person. - €15 for a portable crib with a 12 cm thick mattress. - €15 for the use of the fireplace. This price corresponds to the cleaning by us of the fireplace with a suitable vacuum cleaner and the glazing with a specific product as well as the fire kit including a bag of about ten logs, the firelighter and the fireplace accessories... At the end of the stay we ask our guests to return the accommodation in its original condition (tidy, clean floors and sanitary facilities...). If not, a cleaning fee of €120 will be requested upon departure. Have a great day. Guest access The beach is 700 meters away and access is through the dune and forest. The beach is huge and you can swim there safely and practice different forms of fishing… Other things to note Linens are not included. It can be made available to you but an additional cost will be applied, €20 for the double bed and €15 for a single bed. And this for the duration of the stay 😉
