The space The Nightingale Cottage itself consists of 2 completely distinct units each with private entry. Separate bookings may overlap from different groups in each of the Nightingale units - but there are private gated entries for each unit and soundproofing has been installed between units so that guests each have quiet and privacy. NOTE: This listing is for Unit 1 in the Nightingale Cottage and is ideal for 2 couples with children. For more than 2 couples, please review the layout as there is a daybed in Queen bedroom which can be configured as a Twin or a King for a MAX of 6 guests. The daybed is set up standard as King. For larger groups, there is another listing for BOTH UNITS in the Nightingale Cottage, and together it sleeps MAX of 10. For extra large groups, BOTH the Nightingale Cottage AND Breckinridge Bungalow can be booked through another listing. That listing sleeps 14. Ample street parking is available. Winter Info Snow chains are required for all vehicles in the winter during harsh snow conditions. On occasion, during extreme weather, Julian can experience rolling power/internet outages. Rest assured, they will restore it as quickly as possible. Other things to note Do not exceed the 6 guest occupancy limit. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. Nightingale 1 is ideal for 2 families with (or without:-) children. Groups with more than 2 couples should review the layout of the unit to be certain sleeping set up is a good fit for their group. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Parties are strictly prohibited. This home is located in a quiet mountain town. Noise (even in small amounts) is amplified very easily around our neighborhood. Amplified music must not be heard 24/7. Please be respectful of your noise levels while outside. No Animals. We love animals, but we do not permit any animals at this home due to health/allergy concerns. Eviction.
