There is a pantry and laundry room just off the kitchen with a large capacity washer and dryer, coffee maker, toaster oven, cooking and cleaning supplies and lots of storage. There is complimentary high-speed internet throughout the property, as well as a 4k smart TV with DirecTV service. Outside, there is a patio with an umbrella-table and seating for four. The bungalow (cottage) is it's own stand-alone building with its own private entrance and a private driveway for one vehicle. It is completely separate from the main house, yet both buildings sit on the large lot which is nearly 3/4 of an acre, and is adorned with several mature fruit trees (oranges, lemons, pears, peaches, satsumas, figs, pecans, kumquats, and more.
