The space The tiny home is a 36 square meters studio, located at the back yard where 20 meters away from the front house and 100 meters from the front gate. Parking and gateway are shared. Guest access Guests are welcome to access front and back gardens. Other things to note Main entrance is at main road. Traffic is busy during peak hours between 8:30 to 9:15am and 4:30 to 5:15pm. Side street parking is suggested if need to be in and out during peak hours. Car park space is good enough for small or big cars, Ute, SUV and 4WD. A mud map of the car park is included in the photo album. To conserve energy, flat sheets are not supplied by default. All bedding, including the quilt cover, is freshly laundered for every stay. Please inform us in advance if you’d like a flat sheet prepared.
