Nice room in quiet + green neighborhood

Nice little room for 1 person in an apartment on the ground floor of a house with garden in a quiet area 20 min walk to the city center. Free parking around the house. This is my home, so accommodation is on a one-off basis. The apartment is 75 m2 and all common areas are to be shared so we will inevitably cross paths. The bed is a sofa bed about 120 cm wide so suitable for 1 person only. The accommodation is shared with my cat =) The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-apartment house in a quiet residential area. I have a cat that walks around the whole house so accommodation not suitable for people with allergies. We'll run into each other eventually. If you prefer to stay quiet in your room, no worries, but if you like company, we can chat, eat together, watch a movie. Bedroom with sofa bed suitable for one person. Bed linen provided. Guest access The shared kitchen is at your disposal for cooking and eating, provided of course you clean/tidy up after your visit (oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, piston coffee maker). Small shower room, towel available as needed.
