Cozy apartment, very well equipped for you to have comfort and a great stay!! Excellent location in a quiet area just 350 meters from the sea, spacious property designed for up to 6 people, located on the 2nd floor, with 1 suite + 1 bedroom, balcony with barbecue and 1 private parking space. The building has 1 elevator (but you have to climb a flight of stairs to take it), quiet neighborhood and easy access to enter and exit Meia Praia. To see the video on insta @rosanegutzeit The space The apartment has 1 (suite) with a queen-size bed and air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, a single bed and air-conditioning, a social bathroom, in the living room a single bed, a single mattress and a ceiling fan, a dining table for 6 people, a 55-inch TV with Netflix and Globoplay. All very well planned, the gourmet area is integrated into the living room (open kitchen), great for interaction between guests, in the kitchen 4-burner cooktop, duplex refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, kitchen utensils and complete appliances and barbecue accessories. We provide 1 sun umbrella and 4 beach chairs for guests. Bed linens are not provided, only upon request. The beds each have a bedspread, pillows and mattress protectors.
