Romantic houseboat, a few minutes walk from Prague downtown, and just a two minute walk from some of Prague's best restaurants! The whole ground floor has heated floor, A/C unit with heating mode. Both terraces have wonderful views to the Old Prague Castle of Vysehrad, and to the Vltava river. Amazing sunrises and a refined interior will make your stay unforgettable. There is free parking at premises, yet being so close to the historic center of Prague. Welcome to stay! Size 8x3,7 metres. The space A unique houseboat dock is placed in the private marina, with excellent access to downtown and sightseeing 10 minutes away. The houseboat, Lulu, is walking distance to the restaurant "Wine and Food" that offers Italian dining, bakery, cheese, wine, and fruits. The subway station Smíchovské nádraží is a 5 min walk (yellow line B), with tram or railway directly connecting you to the city center. The boat is air-conditioned for your comfort, with high ceilings and stairs to the loft-bedroom and and parking is available at the marina. You wake up to a quiet river oasis with elegant swans and curious ducks coming to say Hi. The whole ground floor has HEATED FLOOR. We provide one parking stand 40 (parking place with paking next to the wall or 100 metres from the houseboat (big parking spot with the barrier which is usually open). All our houseboats are heated so it is comfortable to stay there even in winter season. We provide bedlinen, towels and basic toileteries for free. The water is not drinkable in all houseboats. ■The terrace is safe to use for only 8 people or less.■ Please, be respectful to your neighbors, this place is not for party and loud music or voices. ■The ladder to the upper floor and the terrace can hold up to 100 kilos. ■The garden furniture is suitable for people max 100 kilos wieght. Guest access The entire houseboat is only yours. With two terraces for just you as well. Other things to note It's a boat, it can rock a little :) Please be careful with the toilet. Nothing can be thrown except a toilet paper. When other items are disposed to the toilet, it will obstruct and it's costly and timely to fix it. For your own safety, please do not smoke on the boat.
